A Word of Honesty

And who this is not for.

A small cohort only works when everyone in the room wants the same thing. So here is the other side of the list, said plainly and with respect.

  • Anyone looking for signals or hype. Nobody here will tell you what to buy or when, and the community is quiet on purpose. You are learning to read the market yourself.
  • Anyone in a hurry to get rich. This is a 6 to 9 month education, and it begins with weeks of observation before you place a single paper trade. If that sounds slow, it is. On purpose.
  • Anyone who cannot show up weekly. The lessons are self-paced, but the cohort is not. If you cannot protect a few hours a week for two semesters, wait for a season when you can. The doors open every year.
  • Anyone trading money they cannot afford to lose. The coursework is done on paper, and nobody should be learning with rent money or emergency savings on the line.
  • Anyone who wants to skip the foundation. There is no jumping straight to strategies. Every student starts in AP1, including people who have traded before.
  • Anyone who would rather keep faith out of it. Biblical principles run through this curriculum, openly and on purpose. If that is not what you want, no hard feelings. There are other good teachers out there.
The Programs

Two courses. One path. A full education in futures day trading.

Two apprenticeships, taken in order. Every student starts in Foundations and moves into Strategies with the same cohort, the same instructor, and the same small community. Together the two courses take 6 to 9 months. One application covers the whole program.

AP1 · College of Market Foundations

Understand the market before you ever try to trade it.

AP1 builds the ground you will stand on. You learn what the US markets are and how they fit together. You learn how market structure works, how to read price action, and how to move around TradingView with confidence. You learn the futures market itself, order types, how to build a bias, what confluence really means, and how economic news reports move price. And you learn all of it alongside the neuroscience of trader psychology, because your brain shows up at the chart before your strategy does.

Course Two  ·  15 Weeks

AP2 · College of Strategy & Execution

One language, many dialects. Find the one that sounds like you.

AP2 is where the foundation turns into a way of trading. It rests on one idea: every strategy you have ever scrolled past is a different way of reading the same price action. So instead of collecting systems, you learn the language well, try several dialects on to see which one fits you, and then build your own setup rules and standing rules around it. You work top down on the 4-hour and 1-hour charts, practice in live chart labs, and keep a trade log that sharpens your numbers. The psychology work continues, because the hardest part of a strategy is not finding one. It is following it.

A Note on the Name

AP stands for Apprenticeship. The word was chosen on purpose.

AP1 is Apprenticeship 1, the College of Market Foundations. AP2 is Apprenticeship 2, the College of Strategy & Execution. They are not called mentorships, and they are not courses in the usual sense, because neither word describes what actually happens here.

What This Is

Apprenticeship is formation, not information.

An apprentice carpenter does not memorize cuts. She develops an eye for wood over time. An apprentice blacksmith does not study blueprints. She builds the feel for heat, metal, and hammer until her hands know it. Some kinds of skill cannot be handed over as information. They have to be built through guided practice, with someone watching your work. That is what these two apprenticeships are. You are not being handed a strategy. You are being formed into someone who can hold one.

Why Not Mentorship

Mentorship is a relationship. Apprenticeship is a relationship plus a craft.

Mentorship can be one conversation, one season, or one piece of advice. It is real and it is valuable, but it is open-ended by design. Apprenticeship is structured, time-bound, hands-on, and tied to a defined outcome. Fifteen weeks per course, a syllabus, weekly live lectures, study halls, chart labs, assignments with feedback, paper trading, journaling, and a strategy of your own at the end. The walking-alongside is the relationship. The structured work is the craft. Both have to be present for it to be an apprenticeship. Mentorship pours guidance into someone. Apprenticeship builds someone.

You do not finish an apprenticeship because the videos ended. You finish because you can do the work, and someone who knows the craft has watched you do it.

Your tools are included

Tuition covers a one-year TradingView subscription, set up when AP1 begins, and a one-year TradeZella subscription, set up when AP2 begins. You learn on the same tools you will trade with, and there is nothing extra to buy to do the coursework. Already subscribed to one of them? How It Works

Self-paced lessons. A cohort that moves together.

Here is the plain truth about the pace. The lessons are self-paced, but the class is not. You choose when to watch, read, and study each week. The cohort moves through the syllabus together, and the live lecture, the study hall, and the assignment all follow that rhythm.

Think of it like a college semester. Nobody stands over you while you study, but the semester keeps moving, and the people who keep up get the most out of it.

The Inner Work

This is not a trading course with a Bible verse on top.

Faith & FuturES University was built by someone who believes in Christ, and that shapes how everything here is taught. Not as decoration. Not as a selling point. As a conviction that who you are on the inside decides how you show up at the chart.

The way you handle fear, the way you respond to a loss, the stories you tell yourself about money and what you deserve: all of that runs deeper than any setup. So the psychology is not a bonus module. It runs through every week of both courses, taught with the neuroscience behind it, so you understand what your brain is doing and why.

Identity before strategy

Every course here asks the same question first: who are you when trading is taken out of the picture? That question is not rhetorical. It shapes everything else you will learn.

Biblical principles as a framework

Scriptural wisdom on discipline, stewardship, patience, and self-awareness runs through every week. Not as content to memorize, but as a lens for understanding yourself as a trader.

Psychology is not optional

Fear, overconfidence, impatience, and self-sabotage show up at the chart before any technical skill does. This curriculum names them directly and gives you tools to work through them, not around them.

Small, because feedback on your work, live chart reviews, and real access to your instructor do not scale to hundreds of people, and they were never meant to. Charris is a Christian, homeschooling mother and futures day trader. She has been trading since 2022, starting in options and moving to futures in 2025, and she built Faith & FuturES University because she kept looking for something that started at the actual beginning and could not find it. Not a course that handed her a strategy before she understood the market. Not content that skipped the psychology because it was harder to teach. Something real, built from the ground up, by someone who was on the road herself.

So she built it. AP1 alone is fifteen weeks of curriculum, eight psychological pillars taught with the neuroscience behind them, a journal that grows with the student, and a seven-volume dictionary of more than 400 trading terms, every page of it built by her and taught to a first cohort in 2026. She runs the University the way a good college course is run: a syllabus, live lectures, study halls, assignments with feedback, and a small class where every question gets answered.

She is not teaching from a highlight reel, and she is not selling a shortcut. She teaches as someone still on the road, not someone shouting back from the finish line, with honesty about what it takes, faith about what is possible, and a settled belief that the foundation matters more than anything else.

Questions

Things people usually ask.

Do I need any trading experience?

No. Complete beginners are highly encouraged to apply. AP1 starts at the actual beginning, with what the markets are and how they work, and it does not assume you know a single term. The only requirement is that you are serious about learning.

Can I skip AP1 and go straight into AP2?

No. Every student starts in Foundations and moves into Strategies with the same cohort. Even people who have traded before find gaps in their foundation once they slow down and look, and those gaps are exactly what show up later as bad habits. One path, one cohort, on purpose.

Is the course self-paced?

The lessons are. The class is not. You choose when to watch and study each week, but the cohort moves through the syllabus together, and the live lecture, study hall, and assignment follow that weekly rhythm. Think college semester: nobody stands over you, but the semester keeps moving.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for the weekly live lecture, a study hall, and time on your own for the week's lessons and assignment. If you can set aside a few focused hours each week and protect them, you can keep pace.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded. Watch the replay, bring your questions to study hall or office hours, and reach out to your instructor if you need help catching up. A missed night is not a lost week.

Is the community a Discord?

No. It is a private space for a small cohort, built to be calm and constructive. No signal channels, no hype, no noise. It exists so that you can ask the question you were afraid to ask and actually get an answer.

Will I be told what to trade?

No. This is education, not signals. You will learn to read the market, build a bias, and develop a strategy of your own, so you never have to depend on someone else's calls. Nothing taught here is financial advice.

Will I be profitable when I finish?

Nobody can promise you that, and anyone who does is selling something. Most people who try day trading never become consistently profitable, and that includes people who paid for courses. What this program can promise is an education: you will understand the market, hold a strategy of your own, know your mental obstacles by name, and have practiced on paper with real feedback. What you build on that, and whether you keep the discipline it takes, is yours.

Do I need real money to trade during the program?

No. The coursework is done with paper trading (simulated trading), and you are never required to risk real money to complete it. What you do with real money afterward is your own decision, made with your own research.

What markets and tools are taught?

The focus is US futures markets. Charting is taught on TradingView and journaling in TradeZella, and a year of each is included in your tuition: TradingView when AP1 begins, TradeZella when AP2 begins. If you already subscribe to either one, mention it on your application. You will learn how to use each platform inside the courses.

How much is tuition?

$3,000 for the full program. That one tuition covers both 15-week courses, every live lecture, study hall, and chart lab, all coursework and materials, the private community, access to your instructor from start to finish, and a one-year subscription to TradingView (from the start of AP1) and to TradeZella (from the start of AP2). Payment plans are available, and the details come with your acceptance.

When does the next cohort start?

The University opens to one cohort each year. Join the waitlist and you will be the first to hear the dates, the application window, and the details.

When are the live sessions?

The schedule is built around the cohort, not the other way around. You share your availability on your application, it gets compared against the instructor's calendar, and the live session schedule is set and shared before the semester begins, so you can plan your weeks around it. Every session is recorded, so a conflict here and there does not cost you the week.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Payment plans are available, and the options are shared when you are accepted, before you commit to anything.

What is the refund policy?

There is a tiered refund policy, which means what is refundable depends on how far into the program you are. You will receive the full policy in writing during enrollment, before the semester begins, so there are no surprises later.
